First post for 2015. It's interesting for me to read back and see what excuses/blocks I have for not getting writing done!
Well today is my first 'golden' one - again! And I'm loving it - And I WILL write.
Went on a writer's course in Sydney (beaut location just near the harbour bridge!) about writing for children. The ''how to get published" part was glossed over a bit, and I'm still not entirely sure what to do - but let's face it....I ain't going to be bothering any publishers in the near future, so I'll worry about that another time!
Decided that I will simply finish the book I've started, just so I have 'something!' It won't be a masterpiece, but it will be done - and I know my kids will love it!
How many 'golden days' will it take to get the whip cracking?
